Riverside gallery is located at factors walk and River Street in Savannah. The gallery has two dedicated floors for exhibition, with workspaces on the first floor and workspace while the third floor functions as a bar and cafeteria. The windows are “SmartTint” windows which automatically tints itself to keep the heat out or by the switch of a button if needed. he total indoor area is 11.500 Square Feet divided with the first floor at 3500 SF, second floor at 4200 SF and top floor measuring 3800 SF. The second and third floor cantilevers over factors walk. This makes the circulation on factor’s walk stay the same. The staircase going through the site from Williamson emulates the current manmade passage currently going through the site.
